This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Bloom Capital, 970 W Broadway STE E 434, Jackson, WY 83001 (“Bloom Capital,” “we,” or “us”). Contact: zallen99@gmail.com. It covers Allen Family CFO (the “App”), a private, invite-only family-office application for two named household users.
Subject to this Agreement, Bloom Capital grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for the household’s internal financial review. We may suspend or revoke the license at any time. You may not sublicense, sell, copy, reverse engineer, or provide access to anyone who is not an invited household user.
Use the App only for lawful household finance review. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another user’s session, move money through the App, write back to QuickBooks or any connected institution, or use the App to process transactions for third parties.
The App can request read-only access to accounts you connect through Intuit QuickBooks Online (OAuth) and Plaid. The App never initiates payments, transfers, or other money movement, and it never writes to QuickBooks. Connecting an account is optional and can be disconnected in Settings.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that figures are complete, current, or suitable for tax, legal, or investment decisions. We do not claim SOC 2 or any other formal certification.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloom Capital and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses arising from connected third-party services (including Intuit, Plaid, Twilio, AWS, or xAI). Our total liability under this Agreement will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
This Agreement continues until you stop using the App or we terminate access. On termination the license ends. You may request deletion of App data as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including no warranty, limitation of liability, and governing law) survive termination.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
